Industrial drying oven & curing room is professionally designed for metal workpiece pretreatment drying and powder coating curing process.
 
It adopts high-quality insulation chamber body with bridge elevated structure, which effectively reduces heat loss and achieves excellent thermal insulation performance.
 
The chamber body is made of carbon steel square tube framework, inner 1.5mm stainless steel plate and outer 0.8mm color steel plate, anti-corrosion, durable and long service life.
 
Equipped with natural gas heating hot air furnace and hot air circulation duct system, heating speed is fast, temperature distribution is uniform without dead angle.
 
Intelligent automatic temperature control system is adopted, drying temperature adjustable at 60℃–80℃, curing temperature adjustable at 180℃–230℃.
 
Air curtain system is installed at inlet and outlet to isolate cold and hot air, reduce temperature fluctuation and save energy consumption.
 
This equipment is widely matched with automatic powder coating production line, suitable for mass continuous production of various metal parts.
